Size guide for prints:
- Drawings: Variate according to the illustration, they are approximately 10 x 10cm.
- Prints: A3 - 30 cm x 45 cm
- Fine Art Photography: Variate according to the picture: From 51 x 74cm up to 136 x 94cm.
Type of paper and material:
At karinasala.com we try to use recycled materials as much as possible to create the art pieces. In this way, we try to give another use to something disposable and make a positive impact on the environment.
There are different types of materials, depending on the product. You can check the information on each product to see the type of material it is printed on.
For example:
- Fine Art Photography frames are made from recycled pallet wood, we sand, polish and paint them to an off-white effect which adds a vintage feel.
- Large prints: Most of the large paintings are printed on high quality aluminium. I was looking for a way to prolong the durability of the piece, which is washable, not damaged by water and does not create reflective effects.
- Prints: Most of them are printed on SoftTouch Matte Paper resembling the texture of a rose petal.
- Drawings: Most are printed on 250gr rough watercolour paper.
Are frames included?
All products shown framed in the catalogue are delivered with their corresponding frame. Those that are not framed will not include frames.
