When will my order be delivered?

Orders are processed one by one and carefully prepared within a maximum of 24h/48H after receiving the order. At the moment we only ship to Spain. The delivery time once prepared is 4 to 5 working days.

Karina Sala reserves the right to change delivery times on special occasions (Christmas, Black Friday and holidays) and weeks with a high volume of work. Even so, we do our best to deliver orders as soon as possible.

Karina Sala cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by courier companies.

Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment, we ship to any valid address in Spain.

(If you live out of Spain and want an order outside the peninsula, please contact me).
Karina Sala is not responsible for any type of error in the delivery address. In the event that the address is incorrect and delivery cannot be made within the established period and/or the courier company returns the goods, the customer will be responsible for the new delivery cost.

Delivery process

The courier must deliver the package to the addressee at the address provided. Each courier is free to choose to contact the addressee on the telephone number provided, but in no case is it obligatory. If the person cannot be reached after two attempts, the parcel will be returned to our shop. In this case, we will contact you to find a solution.

The shipping costs do not include any customs clearance fees that may apply depending on the delivery address.

Do I have to pay customs charges?

If you have an international order, you may have to pay customs fees before we deliver it to you. This is your responsibility and is not included in the shipping costs.

Where do you ship from?

Everything is packed and shipped from my studio in Sitges, Barcelona, Spain.
