Refund policy

Lost or damaged items:

If your items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please email us and we will investigate your specific situation to find a suitable solution.

We ship all items to the address you provide, so please double check your order confirmation email to ensure that the address is correct. Karina Sala is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the order or the "order delivered" notification. If you fail to do so, we will not be able to replace your order under the shipping insurance policy.


Returns and refusals:

Karina Sala will not be responsible for the destination of the goods when the customer refuses to accept the shipment due to a change of mind or when duties and taxes have to be paid.

If the order is returned to us for any other reason, the goods will be sent back at the customer's expense. If the customer refuses to bear the cost of reshipment, the items will be disposed of.


I want to cancel an order:

Send an email to karinatarrida@gmail.com to notify the cancellation. However, if the order has already been shipped, I'm afraid we cannot cancel it or refund you.



The item you wanted is out of stock

We work on order by order and project by project, if the product you wanted is out of stock, you can email us and we will help you as best we can. The product may variate depending on whether it is a print, a fine art picture or an original drawing. There are some of them that can be reproduced without any problems, and others that are unique.
